|Purpose of baby yoga|
|Very fun and loving class. Either Mom or Dad supports basic movement of baby with singing songs.|
Baby loves moving body but they can’t move smoothly without little help. During the yoga with mam (or dad), baby will notice sense of fulfillment with moving body and experiences relaxation. Bonding is more enhance, and calm fussy babies, help them sleep much better. Those movements engaging a baby’s brain and stimulating the vestibular system.
Located in the inner ear, the vestibular system primes the entire nervous system to function effectively.
When we make certain movements such as rolling, swinging or tumbling, the fluid in the inner ear passes over the nerve receptors, which send messages to the brain about the position of the body in space.
Great fun for mom (dad) to interact closely with your baby and communicating with your baby all the time through positive touch and singing songs!
